Our facility is about training young adults to build skills in cooking, communication, business management, etiquette, and food safety. They are all trainees and we ask your understanding of their learning process. If you see something you feel would help them (and this isn't a license to criticize), please help them learn. All tips will be divided equally to all the students at the end of the day. This is a non-profit facility. All money goes back into foods, operating expenses and then to an academic scholarship fund.

Your meals will take a little longer than the usual time because we prepare each meal, while teaching, with the utmost freshness and quality. Your selection will be made just for you. This is not a fast food facility with precoooked, reheated foods. Our menu will change each weekend and expand as the students learn. Thank you for your support of our community youth!
